Proposition 8 Has Been Overturned! Deemed "Unconstitutional"

A federal judge in California has found Prop 8 (which made it illegal
for gays to get married in California) to be unconstitutional
under due process and equal protection.

The full court ruling will be released at 2 pm pacific time today.
